Pangpang's second album, 'The Big Rip', picks up where the 2018
release 'Kisskiss Pangpang' left off, with the young Norwegian power
trio embarking on further explorations in musical interplay at both
extremes of the dynamic spectrum. The music draws on infuences from
60's avant garde and rock, as well as the band members' shared
background from the Norwegian Academy of Music jazz program, all
combining within the framework of Håkon Norby Bjørgo's
compositions.
